Missing you all...

Work is incredibly work filled and I have been doing 10+ hour days and no days off for so long now so I have been quite neglectful here in blog world. My arm and hand are killing me and once this stupid project is over, I'm getting a massage.

To add in more to my calendar, I am cleaning out my downstairs bath and going to learn how to hang a cabinet. I may paint as it's quite ulgy 'as is'. AND when I am not being "handywoman", I will be sequining my girls' leotard and making hair things for her show this month.

Now if only I was also cooking meals from menus and ironing, I could wear a cape and be called "Super Mom".

So my cape right now just reads, "Super Tired".

Yours,

me

You deserve that massage.

Treat yourself right.

What project are you working on?

I'm sure you know this but just in case, paint the cabinet before you hang it. As for your needs, everyday after work glass of wine. then do the sequins. then smoke a fatty.

My arm and hand are killing me too...but for another reason.

On a related note, I'm done with my masturbatory advent calendar!

Lbb - data work :(

Ted - I was over joyed - after I purged the bathroom of excess impulse purchaeses and expired sunscreen, I realized I no longer need the bathroom cabinet. I have a couple minor cosmetic things to do there and it will be complete. I even took measuremets. Next is taking care of the upstairs closet.

Elise - thank you! I was too tired to even make a drink after.

Moooog!!!!! Congrats on finishing your project. Here's to hoping your sample doesn't require a "do over" with the doc.

i'm sorry you're working so hard these days. i find it hard to relax sometimes after a hard day, too. will work slow down for you a bit after you're done with your project?

Yes, it should slow down enough for me to keep normal hours by next week. I will be in the thick of it until mid february and it will get crazy in March (but not like this).

I was going to warn you against certain types of over-tired mistakes, like paintng your daughter's costume and sequinning the bathroom cabinet, but never mind then. Just pour yourself some wine and relax.

You need a nice warm bubble bath and some chocolate.
